Am I eligible to register for the MedMerits Clinicians Program?
Membership is open to qualified U.S. and Canadian physicians including residents and other conventional medical practitioners authorized to prescribe medications.

Are there any charges? 
No.

What do I need to do to get started?
It takes only a few minutes to register for and activate your free membership. Then, you will immediately have access to MedLink® Neurology. Have your DEA number handy. If you do not have your own DEA number, e.g., because you’re a resident or you are a Canadian clinician, click here to start your registration.

What information do you collect from me and what do you do with it?
We ask you questions about your professional qualifications and your practice, and we ask for your contact information.  We may match your contact information with the target criteria of activity sponsors. We may match your practice profile to practice areas addressed by market research and e-learning activities.  We may share your contact information with activity sponsors for verification purposes.  We may contact you with essential information concerning your participation in the MedMerits Clinicians Program™.  We do not sell or otherwise share your personal information.  We do not send you spam.  See our Privacy Policy for complete information.

What if I want to stop participating in MedMerits?
You may stop participating at any time.  You need not notify us, and there is nothing special to do.
 
I tried to register but received an error message.  Can I get technical support?
We offer technical support by email.  Write to service@medmerits.com.  Please provide an email address with a major domain name (eg, gmail, hotmail, or Yahoo).
 
I registered.  Why can't I log in?
After you register, MedMerits sends you an email message containing instructions on how to activate your account.  If you do not see the message in your Inbox in a few minutes, please check your Junk Mail (Spam) folder.  If you still can’t find the message, write to service@medmerits.com.  Please provide an email address with a major domain name (eg, gmail, hotmail, or Yahoo).
 
I registered, activated my membership, and logged in.  Why can't I access MedLink® clinical content?
As a member of the MedMerits Clinicians Program™ you can't access the MedLink® clinical content directly at the MedLink® website.   Instead, you have to go to the MedMerits™ website, log in (if not already logged in), and click through to MedLink®.  If you experience difficulties write to service@medmerits.com.
